Air Fryer Bagels | High-Protein Cottage Cheese Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour or whole wheat flou
½ tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
225g-250g cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
Optional - bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic flakes, dried onion flakes
Method:
In a large bowl, add cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix with a fork or spatula until the mixture looks crumbly.
Use your hands to knead the dough in the bowl for about 2 minutes until smooth and slightly sticky (but not too sticky).
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll each part into a rope (about 2-3 cm thick) and join the ends to make a bagel shape.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle your favourite seasoning on both sides.
Bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes or bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven.
Let the bagels cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
